Help raise $10 million to protect 10,000 chimps and reverse the decline of the species.
Support 25 projects totaling over 16 million acres in 12 countries across Africa.
The true home of chimps is the rainforests of Africa, but even here they aren’t safe. People are destroying their habitat, hunting them for food, and violently capturing baby chimps to sell in the illegal wildlife trade.
Help us support local partners to protect chimps and their natural rainforest habitat in 25 project sites:
-
- Permanently protect the rainforest in partnership with local communities.
- Employ local people to patrol the forest and protect chimps.
- Monitor chimp populations.
