Resguardo Kogui Malayo Arhuaco (RKMA)

As the officially recognized entities of indigenous representation, the RKMA and Resguardo Arhuaco are the official organizations for representation of the indigenous communities and articulation with the Colombian government and all other “external” groups. As the representatives of ancestral authority, they must grant permission, coordinate or administer all projects and initiatives for their territory and communities.
