Since its creation in 1981, Pronatura has focused on promoting behavioral changes in society to achieve better models of use and management of natural resources, which have allowed us to face problems such as marginalization, unemployment, migration and other challenges that threaten to the communities that own the priority lands for the conservation of biodiversity.

These achievements are based on a solid scientific platform and alliances with private initiative, civil society, communities and local and federal authorities with the aim of unifying efforts and achieving greater impact in actions that allow human progress and move towards environmental sustainability.
