The Observatory of Human Rights of Isolated and Recently Contacted Indigenous Peoples—OPI, is a non-profit civil organization that represents and articulates a network of indigenous and non-indigenous people in defense of Isolated and Recently Contacted Indigenous Peoples in Brazil. OPI, founded in April 2022, in an assembly held in the city of SantarĂ©m, ParĂ¡, is organized as a network, with an unlimited number of members and its objectives are always to promote and guarantee the rights of Isolated and Recently Contacted Indigenous Peoples.
