Horn of Africa Regional Environment Centre and Network (HoA-REC&N) mission is to enhance sustainable development though a better natural resource management and protection of key natural ecosystems in horn of Africa. By this, Horn is determined to take measures necessary to reverse the current unprecedented habitat degradation which potentially can cause ecological collapse and a breakdown of the social fabric in many parts of the region.
