Corporación para la investigación y protección de los bosques de los Andes Tropicales (CIPBAT)

At CIPBAT, we are actively working, convinced and determined to protect our natural heritage: biodiversity, rivers, and soil. We participate in the management and care of the Los Cedros Protective Forest. From the José Decoux Scientific Station, we facilitate research, environmental education, and local capacity-building projects. We work in a network with national and international communities and organizations to promote the rights of nature as part of a new conception of the State, through education and participatory action.
