Taylor serves as the Director of Philanthropy Operations, overseeing department operations, donor services, and prospect research. In her role, she collaborates closely with department and organizational leadership to ensure that team members have the necessary resources and structures to effectively advance Rainforest Trust’s mission. In addition to nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit operations and project management, Taylor also holds an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology where she studied leadership and change management.

In her personal life, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in their home state of Indiana, exploring local and state parks and discovering the best “hole-in-the-wall” restaurants the midwest has to offer.
