Kyla joined Rainforest Trust in 2024 as Philanthropy Manager, Annual Giving with experience in a variety of fundraising aspects, including event planning, grant writing, and managing individual giving. She has a Bachelor’s in Animal Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Certificate in Fundraising from the University of Washington. Kyla lives with her husband, toddler, and rescue animals. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, reading, kickboxing, and occasionally performing with an aerial troupe.
