Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in business, financial and crisis communications. Currently, he is Director of Communications at Intrinsic Exchange Group, a financial innovation company that is pioneering a new market-based solution to protect and restore natural areas, nurture healthy ecosystems, and foster livelihoods that work with nature. Previously, Jeff was Head of Global Media Relations and Financial Communications at Chubb, a world leader in property and casualty insurance.

Jeff is an avid wildlife photographer and has volunteered with the Wildlife Conservation Society. He graduated from Carleton College and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Jeff had been a member of Rainforest Trust’s Board of Directors from 2013 to 2022. His contributions during that time include chairing the Marketing and Communications and Compensation committees and serving on the Audit and Finance and Governance committees. Jeff also played a key role in the organization’s successful rebranding under our current name, Rainforest Trust.
