Alayna joined the Rainforest Trust as the Marketing Coordinator in 2024 with a background in environmental science, political science, and data management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science and government from the College of William & Mary. Previously, she worked with the Institute for Integrative Conservation as a Conservation Project Lead and with The Nature Conservancy as a Carbon Sequestration Analyst. Alayna is extremely passionate about combining conservation, communications, and data management in her work, and she is looking forward to continuing to do so in this role. In her spare time, Alayna loves to be outdoors, especially in the Chesapeake Bay region.
